We’re seeking experienced Independent Contractors (ICs) to join our travel agency team. If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences, we invite you to apply. Our ideal candidates will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in leisure travel sales, with a focus on all-inclusive vacations
  • Expertise in booking destination weddings, group travel, multi-generational, honeymoons and romantic getaways
  • A proven ability to generate their own leads
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • 2 industry referrals demonstrating your expertise

What You Get

  • $250 annual fee taken from commission
  • Commission Split Range: 80-90%

Who We Are

Travel Luxury Vacations, LLC is a small travel agency located north of Austin in Round Rock, Texas. The owner, Lauré Poffenberger, VTA has been in the travel industry for over 30 years. In the last 25 years, she has evolved the agency into a niche provider of destination weddings, milestone celebrations, multi-generational travel and luxury travel, delivering high-touch experiences for travelers. As a smaller travel agency, we offer the unique benefit of close-knit support, with direct access to Lauré whenever you need guidance. We’re also part of the Leisure Travel Alliance consortium, which provides a family-like network of like minded agents & preferred suppliers. We are proud members of ASTA and IATA.
